Training Organisations

We welcome applications from organisations who provide training or qualifications to practitioners of Equine Assisted Services. We are often asked if we can recommend an EAS course and we are very careful not to endorse any one course in particular as we believe that it is important that the relevant information is available for people to make their own informed choice about the differences and benefits between accredited, regulated or other professional training providers.

By applying to be listed as a training organisation, we will ask you to provide evidence of external accreditation of your course and a copy of your insurance certificate to deliver the course.

We do not make value judgements about the content of the course but seek to ensure that the necessary checks, balances and cover for students and equines is taken into consideration.

Fees:
EAS Training providers with no other EASP assurances £300
EAS Approved kitemarked providers who also provide training £150

By applying to and being approved to be listed on HEIR, you will automatically become a members of EASP. This will give you access to additional member benefits such as voting rights on the Partnership, influencing decision making and sector relevant debates and policies, access to research and funding opportunities and of course, the ability to promote that you are listed on HEIR and have satisfactorily provided evidence against the 5 standards. You will receive a ‘Kitemark’ to use in your promotional material.
